A. Every site is different. Each has varying levels of activity that impact the degree to which it must be deep cleaned.

Do you give deep cleaning estimates by Phone?

 

A. We do not give professional cleaning estimates on the phone since prices for deep cleaning depend on several issues. Q. What kind of Properties do you clean?

 

A. We only provide deep cleaning services for empty homes, apartments and business/We work with property management companies, realtors, leaseholders and individual owners.

 

 

Q. How many people will be in my home or business cleaning?

 

A. we work in teams of three to five for efficiency and the size of your property will determine the number of deep cleaning specialists needed to complete the job in a timely manner.

 

 

Q. What time do the cleaning specialists arrive?

 

A. We like to get started as close to 9am as possible by appointment only Monday through Friday. We make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. We give you a one-hour window of time for our cleaning specialist’s arrival. If you have a timing issue, please let us know in advance.

 

 

Q. How Long will it take to clean my Property?

 

Cleaning times vary based on the size and existing cleanliness of the Property the average time is between 4 to 6 hours to complete with a team of three Cleaning Specialists.

 

 

Q. How soon can cleaning start?

 A. We will schedule your deep cleaning for as soon as 5 days or less.

 

 

Q. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment?

 

A. We furnish all necessary products and equipment; however, upon your request, we will gladly use whatever product you provide our cleaning specialists.

 

 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

 

A. We require 48 hour notice, so we can make the appropriate changes to our Cleaning Specialists schedule. if we are unable to gain access to your home through no fault of  Ours, a $50.00 rescheduling fee  will be applied to cover our costs.

 

 

Q. How do I pay for service?

 

A. Payment is due when service is rendered. For your convenience, We accept Cash, Checks, Cards.

 

 

Q. Can I tip the Cleaning Specialists?

 

A. Tipping is at the discretion of the costumer

A. For residential one time deep cleanings services we do not use contracts, but For commercial facilities we do it in a case by case basis. 

 

 

Q. Are you fully insured and bonded?

 

A. Yes. We have general liability insurance and bonding coverage. Your home or business, our employees are included in the coverage. Insurance and bonding validation certificates are available upon request.

 

 

Q. What if something gets broken during the cleaning?

 

A. Elite Deep Cleaners takes the utmost care in cleaning your property, but, occasionally, that can happen. We will take responsibility for the damage, either by replacing the damaged item or reimbursing you. If appropriate, insurance claims will be filed.

 

 

Q. Do I need to be home when you clean?

 

A. No we can make arrangements with you to obtain access to your property at the time of service. 

 

 

Q. What happens when your done cleaning?

By hiring Elite Deep Cleaners, LLC, you agree Not to hire a present or past Elite Deep Cleaners, LLC / Cleaning Specialists/Cleaning staff or members introduced to you by Elite Deep Cleaners, LLC for any commercial or residential-related services. If you do wish to employ such a Cleaning Specialists/staff or member, our referral fee is $2,250.00.
